Driving Instructor Training

If you wish to become a Driving Instructor it is necessary for you to pass 3 exams with the Driving Standard Agency. At MSM we are ORDIT approved by the DSA to provide training for all 3 exams, trained to instructor level 6. All the training is on a 1 to 1 basis.

After successfully passing the part 2 driving ability exam you may wish to start earning and gaining experience under the trainee licence sponsorship with MSM.

Part 1 - the first exam is a theory exam, which is a two fold exam, theory questions and a hazard perception test, as part of your course we supply the necessary text books, dvd's and sufficient training to increase subject knowledge and pass the exam.

Part 2 – 16 hours, in car 1 to 1 training, with the final aim of driving to a very high standard and objectives of teaching a pupil, on passing this exam we can after 40 hours 1 to 1 part 3 classroom and in car training obtain a trainee licence and start gaining experience at teaching real pupils and earn some money too!

Part 3 – Test of instructional ability, at MSM we currently hold a 100% pass rate, a record we are very proud of considering the national first time pass rate is 5% and 28% overall in 2011!

Remedial training:

Here at MSM we pride ourselves with our 1 to 1 training, have you suffered from the very popular 40 hours training when 20 of which is sitting in the back of the car? Understandably most struggle after 20 hours reaching the grade 4 required for the part 3 exam. The remedial training I offer is of the highest standard and I guarantee to dramatically improve your grade.

At MSM we can offer high calibre check test training, whether your struggling with keeping your grade, wanting to improve or aiming for the ultimate grade 6.

At this stage training with MSM doesn't finish, we offer FREE CPD (continued professional development) to all instructors working in the company, something no other driving instructor training in the UK offers, the DSA dont even consider it manditory to date but are planning to bring it in soon. Included in the free cpd is, Ordit, fleet much much more.

It is my personal goal not only to get you through the training and exams but to make you one of the best instructors in the area and to lift the standard all round. With all this backing, MSM is the only driving school to be with, be it instructors, L test pupils or corporate.
